Although we make every effort to describe and display items accurately, slight variations in actual items may occur. While every item listed on the web site is, in most cases, available immediately there may be times when we are out of stock of a particular item. If this is the case we will make every effort to dispatch goods as soon as they are available.
Purchasing from All Seasons Comfort
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Freight is automatically calulated using the Australia Post website. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using VISA or MASTERCARD, Our online order form uses industry standard encryption via our secure server using a digital certificate with Thawte.com. Credit cards are processed in store and receipt will be posted with goods. If you would prefer you can also pay by cheque, direct deposit, cash or money order. Please note: if paying by cheque allow 5-7 days for dispatch of goods. Please contact us for direct deposit details.
Refunds and Returns
We do not refund products, if a partucular product is not suitable it can returned for exchange, or a gift voucher for the amount can be issued. Return freight will be paid for by the customer. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.
